全人复健中心 – Integrated Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre 成立于2018年，位于吉隆坡武吉加里尔（Bukit Jalil）。
成立宗旨在于，使用精确的徒手方式，协助肌肉筋膜损伤的人们，处理慢性疼痛问题。
针对中风和神经性损伤，也会引用本体感觉神经诱发术的理念，逐步的促进肌力应用和训练手脚的动作控制能力。

Visited and have only gotten two treatments from Mr. Tan and I’ve experienced great results! Been searching for a cure or ways to better my condition of numbness in my body and sleep difficulties but thanks to the treatments, I’ve seen improved results better than medical medication or blood tests from the clinics and hospitals I’ve been to. My shoulder and lower back had been giving me problems of numbness for years. However my years of chiro treatment didnt improve my condition until i find out about integrated rehab wellness that help me to trace down to the root cause of my problem to my muscle knots ...i had been doing several sessions with highly profesional therapist and my condition improved significantly with numbness almost gone. Im happy with the results!
